From time to time, at our sole discretion Wetrooms Online Ltd will run special offers and apply limited discounts. The following terms and conditions will apply to these offers in addition to our standard terms and conditions listed below.

1. Offers and discounts can be withdrawn without notice at any time.
2. If a "code" is required to receive the offer or discount this MUST be quoted and applied at the time of checkout.
3. Failure to quote and apply the code correctly will result in the full price being charged. This cannot be reversed nd no refund will be given.
4. NO discount or offer can be claimed in retrospect of any completed transaction.
5. The offer shall run for a period as advertised on www.wetrooms-online.com
6. The offer shall ONLY apply to orders placed through the website. Telephone orders will not be discounted.
7. Wetrooms Online Ltd reserve the right to limited the number of times a customer can receive a discount / offer, this can be without notice.
8. Offers and discounts will not apply to custom made or special order items.
9. Current Offer - The current offer of 10% off WetBase Kit orders excludes the following items:
   1. Linear WetBase Kits
   2. WetBase sold on their own (ie not in kit form)

wetrooms-online.com is a trading division of Wetrooms Online Ltd. We have a fully stocked bathroom and wetrooms showroom on the Wirral, UK.

Credit Card Security
Our store uses secure payment processing via Nochex. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. No credit card details are held on our web site.

Errors and Omissions Excepted
While we endeavour to price and describe our products correctly, there may be inaccuracies due to data input and currency fluctuations.

Back Orders
If the item you order from our website is not in stock, we will notify you either by phone or email, and will give you option to either cancel your order or wait until the goods are back in stock.

Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our products is paramount. Wetrooms Online offers a 7 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see returns policy).

Shipping and Handling
All orders are delivered free of charge to mainland UK only*. For all other orders shipping costs will be incurred according to the weight of items purchased. Please contact us prior to checkout for more details.

*Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and any any other Islands not listed may incurr a delivery charge based on weight. Please telephone Wetrooms Online on 0151 608 8011 PRIOR to placing an order for an up to date cost of shipping.

Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.

Please ensure that you have adequate access and clearance to the delivery address, this is especially true for bulkier and heavy items such as glass. Please also ensure prior to ordering that the ordered item will fit through the doorway(s), upstairs and around corners etc as is required.

Please note that Wetrooms Online Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to lack of access or clearance at or in the property. In all such cases a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged / deducted from any refund if the item is too large for successful delivery to the address / property.

Tax Charges
All products sold on wetrooms-online.com are inclusive of VAT. All prices shown are in line with the current UK rate.

Returns Policy

All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
Wetrooms Online  will not pay for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.

Wetrooms Online comply with the distant selling regulations, however we reserve the right to deduct a fee (up to 25%) of the original
purchase price for items that are returned and that we can not then resell as "new". This can include but is not exclusive to:

- Items returned in damaged / ripped packaging
- Items returned in non original packaging
- Items returned non complete

This charge will not apply to items returned in a an original "new" condition, or items returned because they were damaged in transit
to you.

Furthermore, when returning an item it is the senders responsibility to make sure it is correctly packed to prevent damage in transit.
Items damaged in return carriage to Wetrooms Online may result in a reduced refund dependant on condition up to 100%.
Finally no returns are possible for custom made / supplied products, except when damaged in transit from Wetrooms Online to the
purchaser.

Refunds
All products carry a 7 day money back policy. This does not apply to bespoke items or items made to your specification.
The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with parts supplied with it.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.
We only refund the price of the item once it has been received by Wetrooms Online.
Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being supplied by Wetrooms Online.
Once the goods have been returned to Wetrooms Online please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued.

Faulty Merchandise
The customer must notify Wetrooms Online within 7 days of receipt of any damages, faults or incomplete fittings. After this period of time, Wetrooms Online cannot accept responsibility.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers’ requirements.
If only part of the item is damaged / faulty Wetrooms Online will send out a replacement for that part. In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced.
Wetrooms Online will pay for return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.
Regarding damaged or faulty goods Wetrooms Online will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, for example, Plumbers fees, loss of earnings etc.

Product
All products conform to British standards. All dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Installation
We will not accept liability for any personal injury due to improper installation or use. We will not be held liable for any plumbers charges that result from incorrect installation.

Warranty
All products carry a minimum 1-year warranty with Wetrooms Online unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the fault. The warranty is void if deemed that the item has been incorrectly fitted or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
