Which kit do I need?
90W/m² to go directly onto wooden floor, under tiles
160W/m² to go directly onto concrete floor or suitable tile backer board, under tiles.
Where there is no other heating in the room

What Size do I need?
Simply calculate the total floor area of your bathroom, deduct the area covered by fittings and then select the mat size down - Example:
Room: 2m x 3m = 6m²
Fittings: (1.8m² + 0.25m² + 0.25m²) = 2.3m²
Free Area: 6m² - 2.3m² = 3.7m²
Therefore we'd suggest 3.5m² - the mat size down.

• Only 3mm thick and can be installed by your tiler, bathroom fitter or you (see video for an overview)
• Under floor heating mat is self-adhesive and can be easily rolled onto your floor
• The temperature sensor is installed under the tiles
• Tiles are layered on top of the mat following normal tiling guidelines
• Your certified electrician should make the electrical connection to current standards and ensure a suitable RCD is installed
• Once completed, you can easily set up your thermostat to control your new warm floor

• Floor sensing, room sensing or room sensing including floor temperature limiter for temperature-sensitive top floors (e.g wood)
