WetBase Standard wetroom bases allow for total flexibility and give the installer the option of building their own wetroom system. It is a lightweight flush floor panel with pre-made falls to drain, and is coated with a cementitious layer ready to receive a tiled surface.

Offset drains suitable for level floor systems where there is conflict with drain and structual joists.
The offset drain allows an option for rotation, thus allowing the drain to be suitably located.

NB If you have a concrete floor or if there is no access under the flooring to locate the shower drain, then the tray can still be used by using a seperate raised substrate.

Kit contains:

1 x 1800 x 800 under tray 25mm deep 2% fall.
1 x Drain with stainless steel grid (horizontal)
1 x drain connector 40mm outlet
1 x 1 litre primer
1 x 8KG tanking liquid covers 5 – 7sq m2
2 x pipe collars (around shower pipes)
1x 10 metre flexi tape for wall and floor joints

Floor type: laid into timber joist or on the concrete floor surface.
