The position of the drain exit is determined by the installer on site as the drain is cut into the trough by the user and thus can avoid joists or support beams. It can be used in wooden floors and concrete sub-floors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe base of the tray is totally flat and is installed onto the wooden joists in the normal manner with support between the joists. It has an adjustable drain and channel cover to accommodate various tile heights.
