Utilising their many years of industry experience, Wetrooms Online® have designed their very own wetroom tray, the WetBase®. Available in two different styles - standard and linear. The WetBase® is a quality product, designed and manufactured in the European Union, FOR the UK market. It is not a cheaply manufactured far eastern import.
The Wetrooms Online WetBase® Standard wet room shower tray / floor former is an easy to install level access ‘walk in shower’ tray. It is a lightweight flush floor panel with pre-made falls to drain, and is coated with a cementitious layer ready to receive a tiled surface. The WetBase® wetroom tray is an 'under tile' wetroom former designed to be fitted into the floor and tiled over to create a seamless showering area within the rest of the floor area. This is available in a wide range of sizes with Corner, Centre or Offset Drain Positions.

The WetBase® linear drain channel wet room shower tray features a linear (channel) drain in chrome or (optional) black. The installer chooses the drain outlet position along the drain channel. A linear WetBase® may be best where joists present an obstacle to drainage because the water can be drained from any one of three locations along the length of the drain. It may also be chosen for its appearance and fit with the style of the rest of the room.
Designed to be fitted within a wooden floor (under supporting required), or concrete screed, this lightweight yet strong tray is manufactured from XPS compressed foam that is fully waterproof. The tray is fully finished with a cementitious layer that is ready for the application of tiles. Ideal substrate for underfloor heating due to its insulating properties.

Both the WetBase® Standard and the WetBase® Linear Universal are designed & manufactured in Germany to rigorous quality standards, reflected in the 20-year guarantee. They come with the high-quality Dallmer Fast Flow Drain. The total depth of the drain, below the base, is 86.5mm The grate measures 140mm by 140mm.

FAQ’s:
CAN THE WETBASE® BE TRIMMED TO SIZE?
Yes, a maximum of 50mm may be trimmed off each edge using a hand saw. Equal amounts must be removed from opposite edges. For example if you need to trim the WetBase® by a total of 50mm in length, then 25mm should be taken off of both the lengths and not 50mm off one length alone.
CAN THE WETBASE® BE USED FOR SHOWERING IN A WHEELCHAIR OR OTHER POINT LOADING DEVICE?
No the WetBase® is not designed for point loading and cannot therefore be used for showering in conjunction with a wheelchair. There are products which are designed for showering in a wheelchair or similar and our call centre staff will be happy to advise.
