With having a single fall for the water to drain, the Impey Aqua-Dec Linear 1 wetroom floor former brings the modern look to your bathroom. Sleek design and functionality, requiring the minimal amount of grout lines and tile cuts. Integrating your showering area into your bathroom floor seamlessly.

The Impey Aqua-Dec Linear 1 is 22mm thick and can be installed on timber or concrete floors, providing flow rates of 40l/min. The Aqua-Dec Linear 1 is supplied with stainless steel channel cover and a gravity waste as standard.

With a single gradient to direct water to the drainage point, the Aqua-Dec Linear 1 offers a stylish, minimalist aesthetic, adaptable for contemporary wetroom designs, available in three size options. The 800mm drain is positioned next to and in-line with the wall for an ultra-modern appearance.

The single gradient also ensures that the Aqua-Dec Linear 1 is quick and simple to tile, with no need for envelope cutting. A large selection of drain top designs offer personalisation; available in a variety of on-trend colours and materials. Or for a ‘barely there’ look, opt for a tiled insert drain top which disguises the drain top making it virtually imperceptible.

Drain channel is located along the 1200mm length.

Optional Tiled Insert

The Linear Tiled Insert Top is an alternative option from the brushed stainless top supplied as standard with any of the Aqua-Dec Linear and Aqua-Grade Linear floor formers. The Tile insert option is available in a 13mm fixed height from the floor former to the top of the tiling frame.

Impey Designer Drain Covers & Inserts

In addition to the standard brushed stainless steel channel cover, and tileable inserts, Impey also offer a range of designer drain channel covers and inserts

All designer drain tops are manufactured in the UK and laser cut from the highest quality stainless steel specially for Impey wetroom floor formers. The range of designs and finishes add a touch of individual style to the wetroom.

A combination of contemporary and modern patterns provides choice and the option to add a lustrous, high-end designer style to any bathroom. Designed with choice in mind, the Aqua-Dec Linear floor former range helps to achieve the desired look of each unique wetroom.

Black Metallic & Polished Stainless Steel inserts are 13mm fixed height from the floor former to the top of the tiling frame.

Important:
NOT suitable for VINYL floor finish
It is NOT possible to trim the Aqua Dec Linear 1 to size.
Under boarding of the Aqua Dec Linear is required.
The Linear flow drain requires a minimum 95mm clearance below the Aqua Dec.
A tanking membrane such as Impey WaterGuard will need to be laid prior to tiling.
