Warmup® DCM-PRO System is the fastest way to install a heated decoupling system in all areas of the home; in fact, 40% faster than standard underfloor heating membranes. The patent pending self-adhesive underside of the mat acts as a self-healing decoupling layer and eliminates the need for an adhesive layer, reducing both time and costs.

The DCM-PRO System suits all floor types and protects the floor finish from seasonal changes that may cause cracks in the floor finish. The layer contracts and expands to deal with seasonal changes, preventing damage from occurring to the floor coverings due to the gaps and cracks in the subfloor.

DCM-PRO Peel and Stick uses viscous adhesive that permits continual movement whilst staying securely bonded to the supporting floor, adjusting to seasonal changes and absorbing stress cracks protecting the floor finish.

Fastest to Install Heated Decoupling System
DCM-PRO Peel and Stick with it’s self-adhesive underside can be affixed directly to the subfloor, eliminating the need to use tile adhesive below, significantly reducing installation time.

For a Variety of Floor Finishes
Designed for use under tile and stone floor, the DCM PRO can also be installed under other flooring types including vinyl, carpet and timber by adding a 10 mm layer of levelling compound to the membrane first.

The unique castellations allow the heating cable to be spaced precisely to achieve the intended power, drawing the heat from the cable, spreading it throughout the tile adhesive or levelling compound, to create even warmth across the heated floor.

It is recommended that the DCM-PRO system is installed on top of thermally insulated tile backer board. This provides a flat surface that is insulated against heat loss.

The DCM-PRO mat sticks directly on the insulation board, with no extra adhesive required. Based on the heat output required, the cable is laid and spaced out in the castellation’s accordingly. Sizing can be adjusted to increase or decrease coverage and power (see Spacing Guide tab) . The DCM-PRO cable clips into the castellation’s of the DCM-PRO mat, no tools are required when installing the cable into the mat.>

As soon as the mat is fitted, the cable is installed and cable resistance checked, tiling or self-levelling can be started. The DCM-PRO mat can be covered with flexible adhesive (for use with tiles) or self-levelling compound, allowing it to heat and protect any floor covering material that is certified for use with underfloor heating. This includes tiles, engineered wood, vinyl and carpet providing a constant output of 150wm2.
