For sealing of joints in wet areas - but especially for sealing the whole perimeter of wedi Fundo shower elements and for waterpoof sealing of wedi to non-wedi joints.
The wedi Fundo sealing set consists of a 2-component slurry sealants and wedi Tool sealing tape/sealing corners for flexible joint sealing.
Entire system is 100% waterproof
Simple and safe to work with - tested by those in the trade
The wedi Fundo Sealing set is sufficient for installing a Fundo base plus a Fundo shower partition
Especially developed for the waterproof connection of Fundo shower elements to other non-wedi materials such as floor screed and plasterboard.
Technical properties - Sealant
Powder component: Special cement mortar with selected additives
Liquid component: Modified acrylate dispersion
Maturing time: Approx. 3 minutes
Processing time: approx. 1 to 1.5 hours (at +20°C /50% rel. humidity)
Higher temperatures and humidity will reduce the specified times, lower temperatures will extend them.
Substructure temperature: From +5°C to +30°C
Resilience: Can be applied with ceramic after roughly 24 hours
Areas of use wedi sealing set: For sealing wedi Fundo joints and wedi building boards in wet areas.
